Fixed-fee scope

£195 for a standard local inspection and written digital report.

Standard inspection includes

  • One property and one principal issue/work area
  • Local attendance within our normal Thames Valley service area
  • Up to approximately 60 minutes on site
  • Non-destructive accessible visual inspection
  • Photographic evidence where relevant
  • Written digital F.R.A.E.W. report

Quoted separately where required

  • Multiple unrelated work packages or extensive properties
  • Destructive opening-up or specialist testing
  • Structural, electrical, gas or specialist design opinions
  • Expert-witness, litigation or court-compliant reports
  • Travel outside our normal service area
  • Urgent same-day reporting or substantial document review

When the job is not right, get it in writing.

Complete the inspection form and choose your requested date and time window first. Once the form is accepted, you will continue to secure payment. There is no obligation to use ASUKA247 for remedial work that follows.

£195 total. ASUKA247 is not VAT registered. The appointment is confirmed separately by ASUKA247 after we review availability. Further specialist investigations, statutory fees or remedial works are quoted separately.
