ASUKA247 Ltd ("ASUKA247", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use our website, contact us, request services, or submit an enquiry through advertising and lead-generation channels including Meta/Facebook.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode and address, company or property-management details, details of the property problem or requested service, photographs or documents you provide, preferred dates, and answers to relevant enquiry or qualification questions.
For website enquiries we may also receive technical and marketing-attribution information such as the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters.
2. Website enquiries
When you submit an ASUKA247 website form, the information you enter is sent to ASUKA247 so we can assess and respond to your enquiry, determine the appropriate service route, arrange requested inspections or works and maintain appropriate business records.
3. Meta / Facebook Lead Ads
If you submit an enquiry using a Meta or Facebook Instant Form, Meta processes the form on its platform and provides the information you choose to submit to ASUKA247. This may include contact details, property information and answers to qualification questions shown in the form. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms. Once ASUKA247 receives the lead information, we use it to review the enquiry, contact you about the requested service and maintain appropriate enquiry records.
Submitting a Meta/Facebook lead form does not give ASUKA247 permission to sell your information or provide it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information where necessary to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before entering into a contract, provide agreed services, administer our relationship with clients and prospective clients, meet legal and accounting obligations, protect legitimate business interests, and understand which marketing routes generate enquiries. Where consent is required for a particular use, we rely on that consent and you may withdraw it.
5. Address lookup
Where the website offers postcode-to-address lookup, the postcode is sent through an ASUKA247 server endpoint to an external UK address-data service so matching addresses can be returned. Manual address entry remains available. The full address selected or entered is sent to ASUKA247 when you submit the relevant form.
6. Cookies, analytics and campaign measurement
We use storage that is necessary for core website functions and for recording your privacy preference. With your permission, we may also use Google Analytics and campaign-measurement information to understand website use and how enquiries reach us. Non-essential analytics and campaign measurement should not be activated through our consent control unless you choose to allow them.
You can accept or reject non-essential tracking when the privacy and cookie control is displayed and can reopen your choices using the Cookie settings control on supported pages.
7. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers that support our website, communications, address lookup, analytics, advertising, hosting or business administration. They may process information only as required to provide those services or under their own applicable privacy obligations. Where an enquiry originates through Meta/Facebook, Meta is also involved in processing information on its platform.
8. Data retention
We retain enquiry and business-record data only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, service delivery, legal, insurance and accounting purposes. The appropriate period can vary according to the type of instruction and record.
9. Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, restriction or objection in certain circumstances, deletion where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email office@asuka247.uk.
