Services
ASUKA247 Ltd provides property maintenance, fire safety compliance, cleaning, and construction services. All work is subject to a separate written quotation and agreement.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Work does not commence until a written quotation has been accepted by the client.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each invoice. ASUKA247 Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Liability
ASUKA247 Ltd is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
