There is no membership subscription to join our panel. When suitable opportunities arise, approved trades may be invited to price work matched to their capability and coverage.

The model is deliberately simple: we build the client relationship and organise the work; capable subcontractors deliver the appropriate trade package. Application and panel membership are free. Being approved does not guarantee work, and every project remains subject to scope, price, availability, compliance and written instruction.

Specialist work may require additional accreditation, competence evidence or client-specific approval. Acceptance onto the network does not itself authorise an individual to undertake regulated or specialist work.
